"Dale in a word is a gem. Any company would be extremely fortunately to have him in their employ. Dale is extremely proactive the kind of person to get things done prior to things spiraling out of hand. But reliability does not begin to demonstrate what Dale brings to the table. Dale is extremely helpful and open. Dale makes work fun, period. he's the kind of guy on a team who raises the morale of everyone else in the room with his personality and presence alone. For me that makes the grind faaaar less monotonous and to me that makes him worth his weight in gold. On a technical perspective Dale is always up for a challenge and is always willing to learn new things. His lack of ego and openness genuinely makes him sponge like when it comes to accumulating new skills and technology. Dale has it all and it's honestly been a blast working together."

"Dale has been a pleasure to work with since I started to work at Liaison group. He helped me get settled and mentored me in all our automation processes. We would have long discussions about all the different ways we could tackle a problem, he would always go above and beyond whenever possible. We talked at length, about how to go about improving processing speed for large items in Power Automate. When doing For Each loops for large numbers there was considerable overhead in terms of time.
